On Friday 14 June I gave this KFC another chance as I walked out of there before for bad service. I m so sorry I did that. First I had to wait ages while the lady at the drive through had to leave her post as another client overtook a car. I took the family treat with 6 pieces, chips and three sides. When I got home I realised they never put the chips in the bag, also no serviettes and just one packet of tomato sauce in the packet, dont know what for as there were no chips... It was raining outside and me having a small child truely didn t feel like getting in the car again after a hard day''s work drive all the way to KFC again. I phoned them and was told I can collect my chips the next day. If I as a sales person do not give a client all his product I go and deliver it. I also cant see the use of picking up chips the next day that was supposed to be enjoyed with a meal. Also I got four tiny white meat pieces and my mash and gravy was only half full. What was supposed to be a treat for my and my son was an absolute disspointment and a disaste
