Today I placed an order and the butter was not delivered. this happened a few times before with the incorrect order being delivered and I would call the store and they would rectify my order and would bring me what i had ordered before. problem is sometimes these are for the senior staff in the organisation and your stores imcompetence reflects as me being incompetent by the senior staff which I find unacceptable especially if I given my specifics of the food ordered. A simple sorry will not always fix this. Am really disappointed and angry about this inferior service I am recieving. I am a paying customer and dont understand why the store acts like is doing me favour. This needs to rectified asap. It's totally unacceptable. I will not to stop ordering from you the store as i enjoy your food, but a little extra effort to not mess up orders would be appreciated REALLY!!!
