We order food for the department on a monthly basis. Today, I took the trouble of typing the order as it comprised 19 individual meals. Twice we had the problem of short dliveries of approximately two orders or
colddrinks being short delivered. This time NINE orders are short delivered, but we are billed for the total bill of R1022.60. The colddrinks were all delivered but no food. This will definitely be the last time that we order from Nandos Ghandi Square, as this type of service is just so unacceptable. From this experience, it appears that staff training is inadequate as staff seems unable to manage big orders.
