DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had ordered nandos at 5:25pm, the lady that took my order for delivery informed me that it would take between 30-45minutes to reach me. I was 5mins away from the nandos but was booked in a hotel so it was easier for me to place an order for delivery to save time. 50mins later, I phone to enquire about my order, the lady took 5mins to get back to me while I was holding on the phone, she then said that the order had left the store a long time ago. 15mins later I call again and ask for the manager, she makes me hold for another 5mins and then comes on the line and says the manager is busy. At this point I was so angry, I cut the call and contacted customer service. The gentleman that attended to my call said that he would call the store manager and call me back. After 1hour and 20minutes, I received my order. It was in a total mess! The food was squashed in the bag n the sauce was leaking from the bag! I was absolutely angry! The manager from the store called me so I said to her I'm very disappointed n and she asked if I received the order and I said yes I did but I wanted to explain further as to what had happened. She then tells me she has no airtime to talk to me!!!
