On our return from the long weekend away, we decided to stop at McDonald's (Beyers Naude/N1 north) at 18h30. We went through the drive through and took our order home to eat it. On arriving at home, we noticed that one of the burgers was missing. So very annoying!!
I phoned McDonald's and asked who the manger is and to speak to her. The guy said her name is Lindiwe but that she was busy. He asked if it was a complaint, to which I answered 'yes'. Without me saying anything further, he asked what was missing from my order! Apparently this must happened quite often then!? He then asked me to come back and collect my burger, which I said was impossible as we were unpacking and putting our kids down to sleep. He said he'd get the manager to call me. She never did.
