Please get efficient people

Please speak to the management @ KFC Sanridge; every time I place an order I have to check it because 3 times it has happened that when I get home there is something missing with my order. Last week Monday I bought the family feast 6 which comes with 3 sides of your choice and I asked for wings; coleslow and gravy. And I asked if every thing was there and they said yes; I parked on the side and as usual something was missing. I had to go into the shop and asked for the drive thru manager and an unfriendly lady no smile nothing came and checked my bags then came back with wings and she mumbled the apology chicky on the face. As I was standing there another client in line said at least I am driving ;she normally walks there and when she gets home there's always something missing with her order and she has to walk the long distance back. Something needs to be done it is really not fair on your clients.
