On the 8th December 2013 my husband and I ordered our usual order from nandos (1/4 chicken, chips and a roll meal) the meal was delivered without the rolls and we had to wait to have our dinner. I called nandos and requested to speak to the Manager, I had to wait for about 3 minutes until he came to the phone, I explained to him that our meal was delivered without the rolls and the week before they had forgotten to send our chips and we now have to wait to have dinner and that the service is slipping (I complained a few months back as out delivery took over 2 hours to arrive). I explained to him that this is not acceptable and that I need the rolls delivered immediately and that I was going to complain. He was not apologetic and extremely rude he said "there is no need to complain". We waited for an hour for the rolls and had to have the meal without the rolls. We have not yet received the rolls, which we have paid for! I hope that something will be done about this because we order from this branch almost twice a week (sometimes more) and the service and standards are seriously dropping. Clearly new management needs to be implemented as this branch is tainting the franchise!!!
