What a terrible experience.
My wife, our 2 month old son and I went to Wiesenhof Coffees this morning for coffee and breakfast.
When we arrived there we were planning to sit n the deck but we couldn't because the entire deck was full of smoking customers even though there is a sign indicating that no smoking is allowed. We cannot sit by smokers because of our baby.
We went to sit inside and ordered coffee and sandwiches. The food was terrible. The bread was stale and I had chicken mayo on the outside of my ham, cheese and tomato.
We called the manager to complain but he had a no-care attitude. He didn't say much, just: "Can I get you anything else? " and seemed arrogant. We asked him why everyone was smoking on the deck if it says it is a non smoking area and he said that he cannot tell people not to smoke since he will lose customers and it is a "grey area". We told him it is not but he kept arguing so we payed the bill and left.
They don't accept American Express either, at it.
