KFC
No toy in kiddies meal but was charged for it

I ordered a kiddies meal from the KFC on Louis Botha. The cashier did not inform me that they were out of stock of the kids toys but I was charges full price for the meal which included the cost of the toy.

I collected my meal but did not receive the toy. The sales person only at that stage told me that they did not have the toy but she said that she could not refund the money or charge for the each item that I had purchased.
