Ad stinking attitude, the worst service. given ever

I called to cancel a order, after being placed on hold for 5mins, this rude woman answered screaming " no its to late, you can take the food lose from cosy corner" and hung up. Is this service and from a Manger. Ill never use this service again and inform family and loved ones.
