I'm not sure why I am surprised to have not received a reply from Nashua Mobile (M Bradley).
I n response to my complaint about the service given to me ON 31/7/2013, as a Customer of 20 Years, I received a standard letter (see their report) on 18/7/2013.This vague letter gave no indication of when exactly they would come back to me and what they would be doing apart from investigating.
Quite frankly I think their promises, culture and service can do with a makeover.
I also have not received a Customer Feedback Form.
