I went to Panarottis with a friend on Sunday for lunch. The service was shocking- the table that came after us and had a few more people at it got their food long before us- it took over 30 minutes to get 2 regular pizzas. Bad service in SA is becoming a trend so my complaint isn't just about this... my complaint is about the hairy bug I found baked into my pizza which I found on the Monday when I took the leftovers out of my fridge. Needless to say I was sick to my stomach as I dont know how many other bugs had been on the pizza. How clean is the kitchen that this kind of bug was present on the pizza? Disgusting!
