We shad the displeasure of eating at The Dros in Randburg on 8 June. 6 adult and 1 child. The waitress was pretty much never in attendance, not once coming to make sure that everything was alright. She took my wife's order first and mine last - but - when she got to me she asked how I wanted my steak - she decided what I was going to have. The child's pizza arrived on time and the rest of us were forgotten about. When our food eventually arrives, everything was ice cold. After complaining, my steak was reheated turning a medium steak into a well done steak. The result of reheating a schnitzel was that it became unedible - car tyres are more tender. When the manageress eventually arrived, all she could say was that she would investigate. Investigate what I beg to ask. The service was pathetic, quality of food eventually served below standard and response on the complaint confirming that I would never go back to that specific Dros and would reconsider supporting other branches.
