On Friday I had called ahead at the local Debonairs in Malvern KZN to order two large pizzas which I was informed would be ready for collection when I got there. 30 mins later my husband and I arrived at the branch, paid for the meal and enquired as to how much longer it would take, I was told this would be a few more mins so I then proceeded to wait. We had seen two large pizza boxes placed in the warmer about 15 minutes later and enquired if this could possibly be ours and we were assured they were not. 45 mins later and we still had not been attended to, my husband had went to enquire from a member of staff as to why we had not yet received our order and she blatantly ignored him and walked away with complete disregard for his enquiry. It was only after this another member of staff bothered to pay us any attention, only to the discover our pizzas were the exact one's we had enquired about initially. When we got home these pizzas were dry.we assume this was caused by laying under the warmer for so long This is sad as we once frequented Debonairs but we will not return. I understand sometimes waiting is inevitable but I can't understand the complete disregard for customers!! Very sad
