New method of service does not work!

Last night 30 May 2013 I visited KFC in van der Hoff Road Hercules to spoil my family with KFC. There was about 6cars in the drive through, so I decided to go inside. TOTAL CHAOS!!! I was about 7th in the queue, but waited about 30minutes for my order to be finished. There were 3 assistants helping, but the new way of serving customers is definitely not working for that branch. In the past one person attended one client, now all the orders go through to the back and that result in clients waiting and waiting while others get helped fast because their assistant grabs stuff away while the other assistants are placing another order. I makes more sense to help one at a time and finish than the way they are doing now. It also seems that the drive Through clients are a bigger priority that the clients inside the shop.
