Ordered b4 21h00 a Triple Decker meat Large on the 9 Jan n Debonairs were reluctant to deliver n requested that I must come n pick it up. Spoke 2 Manager n issue were resolved. On delivery of Pizza the quality were the worst I ever seen or tasted. It were dry, toppings were sprinkled thin basicly it was disappointing. I called in fuming but b4 I could start out guns blazing I requested to speak to the Manager who listened to my complaint and her professional, calm and friendly attitude won me over. She offered to deliver a pizza the following evening free of charge but it was her management style, approach and keeping the customer service excellence on a acceptable level which ensured a returning n satisfied client.
