I ordered pizzas from Scooters which was delivered but we discovered a hair on one of the slices. After phoning the branch I was told that the manager will phone me back "now". I an still waiting for that call. I have ordered from them quite a few times and this is the first time we have has an issue. The hair in the pizza is disgusting and hopefully an accident so still forgivable (barely). The fact that the manager did NOT call back is totally unacceptable. I ordered 3 pizzas and did not even expect a full refund but at least an apology and a "it won't happen again". But no contact!!! That was the last time that I have ordered from Scooters.
