We had to cancel the Venue for our wedding due to unforseen circumstances. I phoned them in December stating that we need to cancel and if it was possible to have the deposit refunded. The reply was yes that they will refund however their accounts department is only opening on the 4th of Jan 2013. Upon returning none of my emails got responded to wrt to the refund with my banking details. I have phoned numerous times and left messages to phone me back - NO PHONECALL!!! then they guy from accounts tells me via EMAIL that it was loaded on Wednesday 16 Jan. Being told that it will take a day to a day and half i phoned them again today (18 Jan) to find out what the problem is.the proof of payment will be sent (as told by the gentleman) after phoning again the receptionist tells him its me and he start screaming from the back (i did send her an email). this guy has absolutely NO customer service skills at all... The service is PATHETIC.!!!
