POOR SERVICE

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY TODAY (05.06.2013- AT 12.59) THE MANAGER HAD INFORMED ME THAT THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED IN 50 MINUTES AT THE MOST, THE FOOD ARRIVES AT 14.16PM.
AN HOUR AND 16 MINUTES LATER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AS IT THE SECOND THAT HAPPENED, THE MANAGER COULD HAVE CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT THE DELIVERY WILL BE LATE BUT SHE HADN'T EVEN CALLED, THE FOOD ARRIVED COLD AND REALLY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER.AT 15.15PM I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER TO SAY THAT SHE WAS INFORMED BY HER STAFF THAT THE ORDER WAS ONLY LATE BY 5 MINUTES, AND THAT SHE WAS SORRY, I AM DISGUSTED AT THE POOR SYSTEM OF SERVICE THEY HAVE IN OPERATION AND I AM SURPRISED THAT NOBODY COULD GIVE US A STRAIGHT ANSWER REGARDING THIS MATTER, THE OWNER HERSELF TELLS ME THIS I QUOTE "POST TO HELLO-PETER IF YOU MUST"!!!
