Today (31 MAY 2013) @ 19:11 i placed a delivery for 2 cheese burger combos from Steers Vanderbjilpark. As i was eating i realised an unusual taste in my mouth and when i inspected the burger the meat was RED, RAW in the middle. I understand that flame grilling isn't the same as cooking but i have NEVER had a burger this half done (if done at all). I could not continue to eat and unfortunately your customer service linewas closed when I tried calling them in the heat of my moment of anger. I hold your burgers in high regard and this is totally unacceptable.. Please do something about this and fulfill the quality promise on your doggy bags.
