Tonight i visited KFC Robertson and one again I had the worst service
1. When placing my order one i was finished I read a sign saying that the card machine was out of order, was not told that it was out of order (sign is high by the cashier not for a driver to see easily)
2. a kfc banner is in the drive thru is blowing on my car because it has blown half over
3. I am car nr 2 by the drive thru and had to wait 6 min for my food while no one comes to explain why there is a hold up
4. When arriving by the drive thru window i was handed a parcel, asking what the hold up was the server turned her back on me and went inside to pick up a small child by another employee and walking around with child
5. The chicken from my order was so oily the oil was dripping off the chicken it was gross

after sending the same message to the area manager Marinda I got a call 10min later from the store manager making promises that he will sort it out tomorrow. Marinda could not even phone me
