I ordered from Robertson Pick and Pay at their deli counter 3 pieces of Chicken Thighs and chips in one box and just one plain chicken thigh.
They informed me that because I only ordered thighs they will have to charge me for the 3pieces. They charged me Southern Fried Chicken Prices. I said it's ok until I came to the till to pay and realized that the Southern Fried Chicken is almost priced R80.00 a kg and the Normal Chicken R45 a kg almost double more.
There was NO notification that if you order only chicken thighs that the price is more, there is NO price on their shelves for Thighs Only. When I complained one of the supervisors just didn't bother what a BAD attitude!
Whenever I get bad service from them I always say I will not return, but I think I've had it with them!!!
