Coleslaw gets sent 300km to JHB for a test

Bought a Chicken special which included 2 free coleslaws. Got home the coleslaw was rancid. Phoned the
Manager who said we must bring it in tomorrow. Put them on the dash next morning but forgot to take into KFC.
They were in the hot sun on the dash for the whole day. Next day took them in. Manager phoned back after a couple of days to say there was nothing wrong with them. My boss phoned in to enquire about this and spoke to
the Female Manager this time and she said that they had sent them to a laboratory in Jburg and they came back ok. Wish I could see that report on under R20's product. Consider Transport R160... lab fees R300... Total=R460.
who's fooling who for R20 product. What does it take to give the customer a new product and maintain your goodwill. Pretty sure the managers wouldn't pass a detector test. KFC HQ should look into this.
