Usually we are not fans of KFC as the chicken is oftn not fresh and very oily, and the chips taste like stale cardbrd. Once I got gravy w/no potato! But the past 2 mnths or so we hav enjoyd an occasional take-away, especially the brkfst chicken burger and coffee, sometimes I wud hav coleslaw. Saturday morning my husband ordered our usual brkfst burger, w/coleslaw, and coffee. But he refused to pay for the coffee as it had gone up frm R7.00 to R13.50 in one wk!!? Then wen I took a bite frm the burger the lettuce was brown on the edges and dirty, don't u train your staff hygiene w/the food? I have so enjoyd your coleslaw. But this time it was awful, it was so watered dwn that it tasted like water w/a few drops of mayo. YUK! What has happened there? Have u changed managers? Then PLEASE BRING the othr manager back! Every time there is nw staff and nw managers take-away food changes, for some odd reason. And hw can u justify almost doubling the price of coffee in one wk? We wil nevr pay that for such a small coffee wen half the cup is jst foam! Pls stop trying to cut corners by watering dwn your coleslaw, don't u thnk we wil notice?
