Thompson motors would not sort out my ca

I bought a Geely cross 2013 in June this year. It had funny squeaky noises coming from the dash board. After several visits to the garage being told there is no fault with the car. I met with the manager and the noise was sorted. The problem is another noise began on the other side of the dash. I took the car back, my car was kept there for the whole day. When I phoned and enquired about my car bcs I needed to fetch my children from school. I was told to come collect the car, fetch the kids, bring the car back some other time because they could not find a fault. A technician will test drive with me so that I can point out the noise. When I asked why was the car sitting there for the whole day then if they could not find a fault. A technician could have driven the car with me during the day. Service manager told me, they do not get paid for the job they are doing to my car, the warranty does not cover for it. Basically telling me they are doing me a favour.
Now I know what it means to get "raw deal" from car dealers as a woman. To top it all when I went to the reception area and requested for the manager's business card I was told by the receptinist that he doeant have one.
