Order taken 4 min after the previous customer in the drive-through. Waited another 25min for my order, no excuses or warning from the cashier. When I asked for the supervisor or manager, we were simply ignored. After insisting to see the manager, we were told the he is not available. After another 20min the manager or supervisor showedup (he did not idetify himself). When we requested his name, he refused to give it to us. We requested a policy for KFC and this was also not available.
When I asked people at work if they recieve better service at this KFC, the answer is always negative. This KFC is definitely not customer focussed as KFC claims to be. I think soembody from McDonalds should give them some pointers on how to satisfy customers.
