I ordered a salad burger through the drive thru at the mcdonalds in vereening, i had to repeat it a number of times as it appeared the guy taking my order did not know that they have what i wanted on their menu, i asked that they leave out the onion, when i got my order not only did it have onion but it did not have cheese. i went inside to ask them tpo rectify my order but was met by a rude supervisor named emily who was adamant their salad burger does not come with cheese, despite my, bear in mind this is the only thing i ever order, telling her different. she did not even apologise for the onion in my food. she blatantly refused to replace my order and said i should pay extra if i want cheese. i left there without her having rectified my order, she only removed some of the onion from my burger, no apology offered, when i asked she declined to give me her surname and pointed to the wall for the manager's number if i wanted to take my complaint further. the disrespect and utter disregard for me as a paying customer!!!
