Disgusting service and attitude

Got to the kfc waited 20min for esther to take our order. Waited another 20min for the food. When we got to the front she said she took our order incorrectly and we need to pay more. Which I refused as I didn't make the mistake. She asked me for the slip and I said I don't know what I did with it then she shouted at me I said give me your slip so I said again I don't know what I did with it. She only gave is half our order, so disgusted with her attitude I asked for head office's number 20min later the manager Sarah and Catherine shouted at us because we didnt want to leave as we didnt get the number so on a piece of paper they wrote the wrong number. This is not customer service and I think when im back in the UK they should hear about this, as they will never tolerate this kind of service. UK brand thrown down the drain by South Africans who doesn't know how to treat customers
