KFC
Very rudely told off

I had an accident last week in front of KFC's Braamfontein centre-we collided with another vehicle. Obviously we were shaken from the accident. The police officers were on scene and assisting us with the entire process. I, and the people I was involved in the accident with, was in need of some water. Naturally, as KFC was the closest open place-I went in and asked her for a glass of water for one of the guys. She rudely told me that they dont give out their glasses-I have to buy a drink. I was so shocked, I just walked out and didnt even speak to the manager. How does your staff have such a lack of sympathy? Like I imagines that I would get an accident in front of KFC. I really was disappointed-considering I'm a regular customer there. Needless to say, I will not be going there anytime soon
