I had the "displeasure" of purchasing from galitos on the 03/05/2013, i bought burgers and was told to wait for chips... when i did receive them they were underprepped and burnt which shows that the back of house and the manager are incompetent.i was then told to take sauce to apply to the chips to consume it. being so hungry i had no choice and being in a hurry i took the sauce and went only to be stopped by security and be accused of, when i wanted to cancell the order i was only refunded for the chips, so what is the sense in that when i cant have what i ordered as per franchise spec is the place a mickey mouse operation? im am not an animal nor do i wish to be treated as one, SO PEOPLE I WOULD ADVISE YOU AGAINST GALITO'S AT GOLDEN HORSE CASINO and i am going to report this to galito's head office as well, i cant pay for pathetic service.
