To whom this may concern.
i went to Mcdonalds isando branch to purchase a premium chicken burger meal through the drive through. i ordered an extra patty which was charged as per the screen and my slip. only to find out that when i came back to work they did not include the extra patty! i have taken pictures before i consumed the meal, and a pic of the slip stuck on the box stating extra patty. this is highly un proffesional, and the drive through was not busy, so i cannot understand why my order was wrong. im highly frustrated and didnt want to drive back because my lunch break was over and it would cost me more on fuel to rectify this, please can someone please sort this out as a matter of urgency!
