I handed my faulty phone 9380 in which had various problems. Edward phoned me as I dealt with Jane
before, and said he has a red Blackberry for me as I told him red is my favourite colour maybe that would bring
me luck. Since then a lady just phoned me to ask me how the service is at Alberton, to which I replied
excellent. And that was it, today I phoned them to find out what is happening as I am not getting any
feedback. A gentleman, unfortunately I did not get his name, said my phone was already in Alberton.
I phoned Josephine and asked her to check, which she did and it was not there. So I phoned Escalations
again and spoke to Edward and said this is not on, he said he would find out what is going on. Only to come
back to say they don't have the red in stock just black, so what happened to the one that was there last
week and is gone this week? I really don't know what to say anymore! Everyting is empty promises!
