My Son and I went to McDonalds, Columbine Ave just to buy to Ice Screams after a night at the movies.
I stood in the queu, and waited. Two Indian guys standing next to me were served, then a Black couple were served, . I was totally ignored as if I was invisible.
The duty manager at the time, whom I spoke to thought it was rather humourious.
I logdged a complaint Ref 35676. But I keep getting a sms stating, " Your Case Number 35676 was resolved by Janine Hoosain. McDonalds 0860000040"
This issue has not been resolved, and the regional manaagers refuse to contact me. I want to know why I was refused sevice because of me being White. And because of this racail discrimination I have made request that will impact McDonalds financailly. Them saying sorry is not good enough as this is a on going issue. On a previous occation there staff even my change. Same Place.
