Monday 27th May @ 8:35 am i went to KFC @ corner Bree and Sauer Street. The service was ok, room for improvement. I ordered a streetwise two and 4 Hot-wings, take away. When my order arrived i immediately opened the wings so i could snack. The hot wings were Wet, Soggy and stale. I asked her to please exchange for me. Instead she put them in hot oil n brought them back, as i had no energy for an verbal altercation i walked away. May you treat me as a paying customer with a little more respect. i regret paying for those wings, the chips in the streetwise two were also stale and burnt. this is a very upset customer. i expect a full refund and apology, Refrain from serving customers what you wouldn't`t eat. KFC should be ashamed after years of loyal support.
