@ around 21:00 my wife & I went to KFC @ CNR Kerk & De clerq Street. We ordered family treat from Fikile we requested that she add junior burgers & Pops since the is an option of adding any 3 sides. She brought me junior burger, pops & wings I asked her to change the wings since I requested burgers not wings and she just refused and told me that she wont exchange for me cause she had already punched it to the till, seeing that I was not getting any assistant from her I request she calls a Mgr (Zandile) hoping that as a Mgr she will have a solution to the problem but to my surprise the Mgr told me straight that she can't exchange the wings for the burgers I must just take my order, I couldn't understand what was difficult to exchange the wings and give me what I requested since the price was not going to change then she just walked away, I was shocked to see a "Mgr" act in such a way, My complements goes to Cindy who helped us out and exchange the wings since the burgers were finished she asked us to choose other side she managed to do what a Mgr could not do, I strong request that you intervene since KFC doesn't deserve such a Mgr, I was highly disappointed by the "Mgr".
