I have just arrived home from attending my daughters graduation, and since it started at 6pm and finished at 8-45pm, I had no time to eat. I decided to stop at KFC Petroport in Nandi drive Durban for a take-out (9-10pm). I ordered a 'Streetwise Pap' - only to be told they had run out of chicken (50 minuted before closing). I subsequently changed my order to a 'Rounder'. They had run out of 'Rounders'. They offered me 'Wings', so I said I would have a 'Streetwise Pap' with 'Wings' - they had run out of 'Pap'. I decided to leave and proceeded to KFC Westville, where I ordered a 'Streetwise Pap' (9-40pm). They had run out of Chicken. I then asked if they could do Wings with 'Pap'. They had run out of 'Pap'. I settled for a 'Rounder', as this was the only acceptable thing left.
In spite of both of these KFC's lack of planning and service, they offered nothing as a compromise, as they definitely were not prepared to compromise themselves in any way. Well sadly, if this is the level that KFC has stooped to, then I shan't hurry back again in the future.
