Hair in my wings

I bought Zinger wings at KFC and I found hair in them, I returned them cause I obviously don't enjoy eating hair, they happily replaced them BUT with stale ones this time, I was shocked, I was too angry to say anything about it and I just drove away, it's not the first time I have gotten stale wings at this KFC, I pay money and expect good products every time, I like the zinger wings but KFC - Hlilcrest has to up their game.
