The staff where taking everything as a joke??

Finally decided to make a mission and drive to town and try Burger king. After standing in a quee outside for 30 min finally went inside.
( already picked up 2 people sneaking in on the quee.)

After ordering we waited another 20 min for the food. While I could see dozens of burgers finished??
When asking how far was our order the lady behind the counter just smiled and laughed at me, telling me that the system hasn't even picked up my order and that I have to wait another 30min.
The staff where taking everything as a joke?? Telling me we are too busy and there are lots of people waiting.
That is not the way to handle customers. I was very disappointed by the service.

If it wasn't for the soda fountain..

Please can you improve the service!! Not going back anytime soon.
