How can BURGER KING run out of MEAT???

I am extreemly disappointed in Burger King's customer service. I waited 20 minutes for 5 burgers because they ran out of meat. How the does BURGER KING run out of meat??? If McDonals can serve the food within 2-3minutes, why can't Burger King do it too??
