I went to News Cafe on the evening of the 25th of may 2013 with friends and ordered a drinks (Coke, Some Heinekens, Some Red Square Energizing, Castle Milk Stouts, and a few Ponchos). Intially a lady assisted us after a gentlemen refused to assist us because we were sitting at a "reserved table (time 23h54). Once the lady assisted us, same gentleman came to apologize for misunderstanding our request. He subsequently offered to take over the role from the lady and we obliged. Once done we requested our bill and discovered that is was over-inflated by (1 Ponchos, 1 Castle Milk Stout and 2 Red Square). I refused to pay unless the correct bill was issued. The lady and gentlemen waiters then "issued" the correct bill and i duly paid. To my dismay, I discovered after payment that I paid "in fact the INCORRECT original BILL, and not the revised one. I was in fact duped into paying the incorrect bill. I even protested to the payment of service fee (10 %) for the pathetic service. How many people get "tricked" into this and what action is taken?
