1st we were seated at a dirty, unprepared table with the music so loud that we had to scream to be heard in the smoking section. 2) our 1st round of drinks took 20mins to arrive. 3) 2nd round of drinks served in dirty glasses. 4) Ashtray never cleaned. 5) Ash never wiped off table. 6) The waitress, Patience had to be found every time we wanted to order something. 7) Manager, Lenny apologised for dirty glasses, was present when I ordered food. 8) Ordered 200g medium rump with crispy chips, Patience brought me a large plate of slap chips. 9) Order replaced & brought to me, I now had a 200g well done Sirloin, slap chips; NO onion rings. 10) Ask for the rings, waitress says she didn't think I wanted them. Oil soaked, burnt rings brought. 11) Cutlery dirty, fork has dried tomato seeds stuck to it. 12) Find Patience to call Lenny to complain again! 13) Apologise again, can he remake the food to keep me happy? No, out of time! Take wrong food off bill bring it to me. 14) 15minutes later stood up to find waitress & bill. 15) Bill NOT corrected, no sight of Lenny, bill has plate of large chips on it. 16) Bill corrected manually! YOU NEED A HEALTH INSPECTION; MANAGER REVIEW.
