Earlier this year @ the Simmonds Street Branch the Vida Loyalty cards were not working. I complained on HP website and I was promised that someone would respond... nothing... I usually buy on average /- R100 worth of coffee et. al per day at Vida but since no one has responded - I have stopped buying.
