Vida E Caffe Holdings
Quality of product doesn't meet Vida's standards

We bought an Americano and a Cappucino at OR Tambo's Vida E on Friday 22 March.
As always, I was more than happy to pay the price of a Vida cuppa, as I am certain I will receive the best coffee there is.
Unfortunately I was disappointed and was left with a Cappucino that wasn't up to scratch - weak coffee and little froth) and an Americano that was so piping hot, the take away cup couldn't be held.
Given, the branch was very busy. But still I would have been prepared to wait a few extra minutes to receive thegood coffee I am used to, from Vida E.
