Lack of service and bad attitude of manage

I work in tygervalley centre i am a regular client of kfc. Me and my work friends order every morning the same and every morning i get the same service which is no eye contact or a smile .this morning i used my card and it delined which often happen due to bank offline so the manager swiped the card twice it went twice of my account and i did take it up with them but the manager did not want to understand anything in her words she said she dont have lus to argue with us .i work with clients and there are no way she was gonna talk to me like that i just left the store they only give 1 sachet of sause hello if you order a streetwise 2 how is one gna be enough i have had enough of kfc and the bad service please do something about it cause the always get away with it.
