Stinky attitude jst to give me a new card!!!

Here's how u can spoil yr a Sat morning, go to fnb n get assisted by a consultant called Bonnie Semenya!! If giving her my id n confirming a few details, she gave me issues about an email after I had told her I got a few email address n about me not remembering the exact place I last used my card. She told me of I dnt give her answers that satisfy her I wil b forced to the branch where I opened acc according to her supervisor. She then proceeded to onform how she remembers what she does on her acc n how I couldnt. This was bad attitude from someone who os meant to assist me. She managed to me off as she was ignorant and udermining. I work with customersyself and knw that attitude wouldnt flown with my clients!! Next time fnb must hand out booklets to clients informing them about the service they can from that branch that way we can decide to go to other btanches that appriciate clients n willing to assist with a smile. Fnb karaglen left a sour taste in mouth
