Col’cacchio Gateway - Pathetic Service

On the 29th December 2012 we went to the Gateway franchise. When we arrived the restaurant was relatively empty, so it was quite surprising to see how long it took for them to serve anything that we ordered. Even a simple drinks order took longer than 10 minutes. Our waiter seemed to disappear for long periods. After the meal, I ordered a liquor and checked twice with the waiter that they had what I wanted. The waiter still managed to bring me the wrong liquor. I requested the invoice and by this time was not actually surprised to see that it contained two errors. I showed our waiter the errors and he stated that he could not understand and he would call the manager. After another long wait, the manager came round and tried to explain what had happened. Regardless of the explanation, I was still being over-charged for two dishes. He stated that he would correct everything. When the "amended" invoice arrived, I noted that they had now managed to overcharge me for three dishes. At this stage, I had to do everything in my power not to explode! Sadly, they were unable to give me a correct invoice.
