My husband and I visited the Montecasino branch of Col'cacchio and was extremely disappointed with the service. When we arrived we ordered a drink which took almost half an hour to arrive; we could not get a hold of our waiter and he only ever appeared when he delivered something to us. For a restaurant of this nature, we expected better service and friendlier waiters.
