Terrible service and inconsistent quality

I have bought from this branch 3 times a week for a long time. Deliveries can be inconsistent 15 min to 90 minutes. Food is inconsistent - it invariably arrives cold. Portions are inconsistent. Chicken is sometimes dried out and chips hard and old. I am often told that items i want to order are out of stock. About a month ago i called to otder and was told the branch was closed because of equipment problems. Today i called to place an order. The operator asked for my cell number - after buying consistently he says my number is not on the system. It took 5 minutes just to get the order total for 2 items! After asking to speak to the manager i was transferred to two different people before i finally spoke to the manager. She was apologetic and polite.

Bottom line is all is NOT WELL at this branch. I will Not be ordering from kfc again. If the service is this bad it makes you wonder how hygienically the food you are buying is processed and handled.
