I was at the kfc branch last night buying food for the evening, the cashier who assist us was very polite when we asked for a krusher and she replied there are none as it is late, but we replied to her that we use to buy it later than that 20h30 before.
We finished the order and take our food and left. To my utterly dissapointment we discover chips that was old and so hard when you put it on the plate it make a echo sound, the chicken was also hard and dry, more drier than the chips. I called the store and spoke to thandi, and explained to her how i felt of the food i was served with. It was nice of her to reply with the fact that she would replace the food but how sure am i it would be up to standard besides i do not see the need to spend petrol money and time for stuff that was supposed to be served with a 100% trade accuracy. So people must we pay for old dry food, who taste bad. I mean really KFC must be crying out loud that their franchise is being jeorpodise by amuteur staff memebers, i dont think so... Keep your foof thandi...
