BAD ATTITUDE, NO HYDIENE CLIENT SERVICE TRAINING

I went to Montecasion on Sunday night 19 May and at about 10h00, I went into Anat and ordered 2 portions of fries for take-away. The person behind the counter was totally rude and proceeded to have a conversaion with his fellow co-workers, totally ignoring me. After completing his conversation, he served us but what a rude, lazy and totally off-putting attitude.

Please bear in mind, he had no gloves on his hands and therefore when he prepared the plastic bag and paper bag in which the fries is packed, he stuck his finger into his mouth first before handling the packets. This surely is very disgusting. His whole attitude was of "I could not care". Prior to serving me, there was another customer who also had quite a few words with him complaining of the service.

It is not the first time that we have had this experience at the particular outlet. My daughter always goes to buy the fries usually as she simply loves them and also always comes away complaining. About a week prior to that she paid and he threw the change down on the counter while her hand was extended to receive same.
